The cooking oil tester enables simple, fast, and reliable monitoring of cooking oil quality. A capacitive oil sensor measures the % content of ‘Total Polar Materials’ (TPM) in the oil. TPM limit values can be set individually and protected against inadvertent changes by a PIN.
