Description
Efficient performance of plasmid DNA, PCR and vacuum filtrations. Suitable for vacuum, filtration, centrifugation or overpressure processes. The plates are recommended for protein purification, lysate clarification and general filtration.
The glass fibre plate has a PET frit and two layers of glass fibre membrane for binding DNA. The PET frits have a pore size of 20 µm.
