Robust, fully automated measuring device with °Brix scale and automatic temperature compensation to 20 °C in accordance with ICUMSA for demanding applications in the food, sugar, and beverage industries. With these digital refractometers, the measurement is based on the determination of the limiting angle of total reflection between a sample and a prism, measured at a wavelength of 589 nm. Suitable for small sample volumes of approx. 0.3 ml. With optical sensor, temperature control, measuring electronics, evaluation electronics and touch display, the devices contain all the components needed to carry out the measurements reliably.
