Description
The economical alternative for keeping samples and biochemical reagents cool at the workbench or for protecting against temperature fluctuations and power failure in refrigeration apparatus. With write-on, gridded lid. Lids fit one way to maintain the correct grid orientation. Robust, space-saving and stackable. With non-slip rubber feet. Can be used down to -135°C. Adapters are also supplied for 0.5ml microtubes.

The insulated boxes, in combination with the separately available Icecatch® cooling elements, are ideal for transporting temperature-sensitive products and samples.
FreezerCell™ can be used for a variety of cell types, including stem cells, primary cells, cell lines and yeasts. The FreezerCell™ does not require any additives and only needs to be placed in an ultra deep freezer and the cooling runs at -1°C per minute. Fill the freezing aid with the cryotubes and freeze for approx. 3 hours at -80 °C. Then the samples are readyto transfer to a nitrogen tank.
