With the MPM-V01, substances with a melting point of up to 340 °C can be analysed quickly and easily. During the measurement, the progress of the transparency is shown on a progress bar in the display. Substances can be entered and stored with the corresponding start value in the database (Excel) on the SD card, which can be expanded as required, to enable routine measurements to be carried out more quickly. The device stores 10 measurement results that are not deleted even after switching off. Alternatively, measurement results can be temporarily stored on the SD card in csv format. Capillary tubes are made of borosilicate glass. A partial immersion thermometer, calibrated for 75 mm, is specified in most methods for the determination of melting points.
Accurately and reliably determining the melting point of up to three samples simultaneously.The MP-800D has a custom designed user interface based on an established Android platform for intuitive setup and navigation. All operation is via the 7" colour touchscreen. Once programmed, users can leave the MP-800D to complete the melt analysis independently, alternatively the melt can also be observed on the screen live or post melt.
