Description
The closed Sterisart® NF system was specially developed for sterility testing by membrane filtration of pharmaceutical products for single use. For this purpose, the sample is transferred to the filtration container with the help of a pump. After rinsing, the filtration container is filled with a culture medium and then incubated.

Microsart® @filter 100 and 250 filter units are a sterile and ready-to-use combination of funnel made of PP with 47 mm diameter, filter base and gridded membrane in one unit. They have been specifically developed for the detection and enumeration of microorganisms in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, beverages, water and other liquids. The membrane filters can also be used in conjunction with Sartorius Stedim Biotech nutrient board discs.
With the Sartoclear Dynamics® Lab V Kits, cell culture broths can be clarified and sterile filtered simultaneously. This simplifies the process of cell harvesting from mammalian cell cultures by eliminating the need for centrifugation after clarification. The PES membrane filter ensures fast filtration rates and low protein binding. Diatomaceous earth serves as a filtration aid. Pore size 0,22 µm.Kits consist of filtration units Sartolab® RF and diatomaceous earth pouches.
